Helping Hands OV is proud to introduce our Blue Collar Trade Scholarships, created to uplift and empower the hardworking people who keep our communities strong. This program is open to all residents of Orangevale, Fair Oaks, Folsom, and Citrus Heights who are pursuing education in the trades—whether you are:

• A graduating high school senior planning to attend a trade school,

• An adult beginning your journey in a trade program, or

• A current worker continuing your required blue collar education.

We believe in investing in the people whose skills directly improve the lives of those around us. Scholarship recipients will also give back by completing volunteer hours with Helping Hands OV, whether by practicing their new or honed trade skills on small household jobs for low-income, elderly, disabled, or veteran neighbors, or by lending a hand at one of our community events.

Scholarship funds will be paid directly to the trade school in which the recipient is enrolled, ensuring support goes straight toward their education.
