100% volunteer-based serving Orangevale and Fair Oaks, our mission is simple yet powerful: to lend a hand to those who need it most. From single parents juggling it all, to elderly neighbors who can’t manage yardwork, to disabled residents and veterans who need a little support changing a lightbulb or replacing a smoke detector battery—Helping Hands OV steps in with care, compassion, and community spirit.  Connecting skilled and kindhearted people with neighbors who could use a helping hand, we’re here to make everyday life a little easier. All services are provided at little or no cost—just materials, if needed.
